We can make almost any change to our house plans to suit your needs. We will listen to you, review your project and make the necessary revisions.
We examine how each change will impact the rest of the house plan structurally and functionally, involving and informing you during the process. Pricing is based on the amount of hourly work involved to create a new custom plan. A quote will be given within 2 working days.
We feel this is such a personal issue that we prefer to talk to you in person to be sure that you get our full attention. You are welcome to fax or email a list of revisions so when we talk in person we will both be on the same page.
