We realize the importance of being available, in person, during all phases of the process from design to completion of construction. When a customer contacts us for a design, there's no need to take that design to someone else for revisions to meet building codes. We only sell plans that are build-ready, and if a customer comes to us with a set of plans from another designer, we can modify those plans to meet building codes for the area in which the home is to be built. But if the client were to start with us, that savings alone can be substantial!
